Located within a gated condominium in a quiet area of Albufeira, this house is ideal for those seeking to enjoy the best of the Algarve, benefiting from the privacy, comfort and serenity of a true home.

The house has 2 bedrooms and a spacious open-plan area in the basement, equipped with a double bed and a single sofa bed, offering additional capacity and flexibility for families or small groups.

The exterior area is the highlight of the property. Start your day with a coffee in the garden, enjoy the sun by the pool or take a refreshing dip on hot Algarve days. In the evening, gather your family around the pergola for an outdoor dinner or a relaxing aperitif.

Location is one of the greatest advantages of the property. In just a 10-minute walk, you will be able to reach Praia das Belharucas (Falésia Beach), one of the most beautiful and iconic beaches in the Algarve. You will also be just a 10-minute walk from the charming centre of Olhos de Água, where you will find an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés and local shops.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is nearby, including supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, petrol stations and other essential services.

One private parking space is included, exclusively for 1 vehicle.

Parties, events and group bookings are not permitted, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant environment for all guests.
