Set within a gated condominium in a peaceful area of Albufeira, it combines modern architecture and contemporary design to offer the perfect balance between privacy, comfort and sophistication.

The interior stands out for its spacious rooms and abundant natural light. The house has 2 bedrooms on Floor 1 and, on floor -1, it has 2 double beds in the basement, offering additional capacity and flexibility for families or small groups.

The outdoor area is the highlight of the property. Start your day with a coffee in the garden, enjoy the sun by the pool or take a refreshing dip on hot Algarve days. In the evening, gather your family around the pergola for an outdoor dinner or a relaxing aperitif.

The location is one of the property's greatest advantages. Within just a 10-minute walk, you can reach Praia das Belharucas (Falésia Beach), one of the most beautiful and iconic beaches in the Algarve. You will also be just a 10-minute walk from the charming centre of Olhos de Água, where you will find an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés and local shops. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is nearby, including supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, petrol stations and other essential services.

Parties, events and group bookings are not permitted, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant environment for all guests.
