Located in the Guia area, in Cascais, this apartment, with a modern and cozy style, conveys the good energies of this region through the chosen decoration, in shades of blue and with a beach and relaxed atmosphere.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It also has another full bathroom for use with the second bedroom and for guests staying on the sofa bed. So that you can enjoy the end of the afternoon, the house offers two balconies where you can enjoy the late afternoon or have your breakfast.
Here around you can find several tourist spots just minutes away on foot. The sea is only 250 meters away. In 5 minutes you can visit the Guia house, a space with several restaurants and local commerce, as well as Boca do Inferno, just 15 minutes walking (at a leisurely pace). The historic center of Cascais is 2km away. You also have several seafood restaurants, so you can taste the best that the Portuguese sea has to offer. Cascais offers a wide bike path, just 5 minutes walking, to stroll and enjoy the view of our coast, where you can walk to Guincho, a beach not to be missed!
The apartment is located on the third floor, and the building does not provide an elevator, but climbing the stairs daily is an easy and effective way to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
If you are looking for a place to work remotely, we guarantee good wifi quality throughout the house and a location specially designed for you, with a desk and chair.
Whether you're looking for a summer getaway or a winter refuge, we always promise comfort! With air conditioning, we guarantee pleasant temperatures on the hottest summer days and the coldest winter nights.

The location is excellent, even though there was no dedicated parking (was able to find space in public free parking).
The apartment is quiet, no disturbance from neighbours.

Air conditioning in bedrooms would be nice.
No elevator and narrow staircase, so getting to the third floor with suitcases is not so easy.
