Cancellation and Reservation
When booking Best Available Rate (Standard Rate) the cancellation is free of charge until 14 days of arrival date. After that period until day of check-in, the cancellation has a 50% penalty.
In cases of no show, will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Special offers have a specific policy of cancellation and charging, therefore must be consulted individually.
All mentioned prices have IVA included, at the prevailing rate.
In case of overbooking (which means, more reservations than available accommodations) in the accommodation reserved by the Client, the Guest will expressly allow and accept that BeGuest relocate in another accommodation of the same category (in any situation, the quality of the new accommodation is assured to be similar to the one booked first), without further costs for the Client, therefore with no indemnity to be given.
Payment
In the moment of reservation, as a guarantee, will be requested the information of credit card and charged 50% of the total value of Best Available Rate.
BeGuest will only allow the entry of guest in the accommodation, whenever the reservation was made by the same person as the holder of the credit card used to pay the reservation.
If any of the guests is the holder of credit card, BeGuest will require a declaration signed by the holder of the credit card, accepting the reservation being used by others.
Damage Fee
In the act of reservation, as a guarantee, will be required a specific fee accordingly to the characteristics of the accommodation. The fee will be charged 14 days before check-in, by credit card.
After check-out, BeGuest will inspect the accommodation in order to verify if the conditions are the same as before check-in.
If any damage was verified, the damage fee will be fully restored to the guest, until 7 days after check-out, by the same credit card used.
If the accommodation has been verified to not be in the same conditions as the check-in, conditions referred in the statement of responsibility, the damage fee will be held until payment of damaged.
Children and Extra Beds
Children up to 2 years old: 10€ per night in extra crib;
Children over 3 years old and Adults: 20€ per night in extra bed;
Reservation of cribs and extra beds will be made upon request and subject to availability.
Further Conditions
Check-in is 16H00 until 20H00.
Late check-in, after 20H00, is upon request and subject of availability, with an additional cost, as follow:
- 25€, from 20H00 to 22H00;
- 45€, from 22H00 to 00H30;
- 60€, after 00H30.
Check-out must be made until 12H00.
All accommodation is non-smoking (except in designated areas).
Extra Services Changing
If necessary to proceed of alteration of services, that is totally not imputable to BeGuest, BeGuest will offer an alternative solution, in all similar to the hired service, with the same or higher characteristics, no refund of any kind will take place.
