Dies Haus liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig aber dennoch ruhig und ist sehr geräumig. Der große Außenpool und die sehr schöne Aussicht sind perfekt. Dazu ein bunter und gepflegter Garten rundet das schöne Gesamtbild ab. Nutzung der vorhanden Garage mit direkten Hauszugang ist ebenfalls möglich. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

This villa is outstanding. We loved the space, both indoor and outdoor. Beautifully kept gardens set the scene for this villa. The views are to die for and we spent a lot of time with binoculars watching the dolphins just off the coast. The locations is great too, with the airport and Funchal only 10 minutes away. There is a great supermarket within two minutes drive.
We also loved the underground garage with automatic door. A great place to keep the car nice and cool when not being used. Would we return to Villa Da Esquina? In a heartbeat! We are already starting to plan our next visit.

Not a criticism, merely an observation. The kitchen is perhaps a little tired and could do with being modernised, but there is everything in it that you could want.

The decking needs treating (sanding and treating)as a few of us had splinters in our feet.
Shower/tap in main bedroom en-suite needs a look at.
Apart from that.......perfect
